The Texas Concrete Products Association (TCPA) serves as the voice for the concrete pipe and box culvert industries in the State of Texas. TCPA plays a vital role in promoting a resilient, modern, and sustainable infrastructure system for all Texans. Our goal is to increase knowledge and understanding of the proper application and use of products manufactured by its' member companies, including reinforced concrete pipe, box culvert, manholes, inlets, and other precast drainage structures. ​
